ChiefMe is an AI-powered executive assistant that helps you schedule meetings, manage your calendar, coordinate team availability, and search for travel options — all through WhatsApp or web chat.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChiefMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to use ChiefMe only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. Subscription & Pricing

ChiefMe offers Individual and Team plans. Pricing is available at chiefme.app. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ChiefMe to:

• Send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its related systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of ChiefMe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ChiefMe, you consent to the data practices described therein.

7. No Warranty

ChiefMe is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service.

8. Limitation of Liability

ChiefMe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to ChiefMe in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your personal data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of ChiefMe after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
